📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return under the cooling-off period:
- Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary.
🚚 Return Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
❌ Exemptions from Cancellation Rights

⚖️ Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Goods

📦 Incorrect or Damaged Items
