To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Gift cards
- Custom or personal care products
🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once approved.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to return it within 14 days, provided it meets the return conditions.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
